Brilliant

Staysure policy's are brilliant...15 months for the price of 12 can't go wrong. The customer service is excellent, always there for any help or queries...my policy is about to run out...I'm definitely staying with staysure. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021

Pre existing conditions cover.

I was pleased to find an Travel Insurer, who not only covered COVID-19 but also Cruise Cover and pre Existing Conditions. I will certainly ask for another quote, when I book my next cruise, to help celebrate my 80th birthday. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021

Easy pleasant efficient

Used Staysure for many years, never disappointed.

I have used this company for years and have always found their staff extremely polite and very helpful. When you have need to ring them with a query they are very patient with you which is very important especially for the more mature customers like myself.Too often with other companies you are made to feel you are being a nuisance but this never happens with Staysure.
