Very poor support when you need it most

never received the support when i needed most. Company is very happy to take money but never happy to help!!! The claims are not straight forward, they are doing everything to and putting all the difficulties to stop you claiming. So you never win. BE AWARE AND DO NOT EVEN THINK TO ENSURE YOURSELF HERE. The best option for over 75s

There aren't many options available for over 75s with pre-existing medical conditions, but Staysure not only caters for this market but also at affordable prices, which means a lot to an elderly person who would otherwise be denied one of the few remaining pleasures in life: travelling abroad for some winter sun! I am 73 years young, have osteoporosis and had a number of fractures in my spine and live with a urostomy. Staysure listen to me, advise me, send me regular newsletters with useful information.
