Excellent customer service

I have been with Staysure travel insurance for 2 years now. Their policies are not just good value for money but offer excellent features that many other companies do not offer. They also cover over 70s without raising the costs to a high level . Their Covid cover has been really good and given us reassurance as a couple to travel again . Holiday insurance that covered everything

I have always found Staysure Prompt in answering great on detail and always fulfill on their commitments.

I have booked with Staysure for all of my overseas holidays. Fortunately I have never been in a situation that need any insurance assistance, but my companion on one of the holidays had her purse stolen when we were in Denmark. I helped her out with her claim and found Staysure very helpful in the face of very little interest and cooperation from the Denmark police. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2021
