Best advice ive ever received

I was getting deeper into debt after being medically retired from my job due to a MS diagnosis having contacted step change they sorted out my benefits correctly and then set up payment plan of just 1 payment a month instead of me paying out £150 a month from my benefits which i receive is very low amounts to expect to live on i now pay £30 a month best of all they continue to keep in contact with me. Great company goid advice such a big help i know i couldnt have done without step change as im sure I'd be on my knees in a state without there help. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

There for me

Superb support

I’ve been on a DMP for around a year with Step Change and I really feel like I’m taking the right steps to become debt free. Although it will take a few more years, I never feel pressured to pay more than I can afford, I can review my payment online or over the phone with an agent and they always do what’s best for my circumstances. The staff seem genuinely caring and want to help, no judgment. I recommend StepChange to everyone who needs help to manage their debts as I’ve felt so supported and safe in their care.
