Step Change responded promptly to my application for help. The person who rang me to find out a bit more was friendly, helpful and non judgementally, it was such a relief when they dealt with the creditors setting up a payment plan which could be managed and reviewed online. Debts were becoming overwhelming and unmanageable, with the right advice and a step forward from myself, I’m now in control, with a reduced single payment per month to step change who then distribute payments to all my creditors, I’m a step closer to becoming debt free. A great way to manage debt

Easy to set up and communicate with the team. StepChange basically does all the hard work for you and it helped me a great deal as I had a lot of creditors.
