No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Customer service is awful.

Customer service is awful. if you call them youll be stuck in a queue of 30+ people therefore having to wait atleast an hour or 2. If you email them youll be luck to get a reply within a month. Besides this issue its been smooth Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

I was really struggling and feeling overwhelmed. It was affecting my sleep and I was constantly stressed. After speaking to the very supportive staff and setting a payment plan up I immediately felt like a huge weigh had been lifted from me. All round excellence, from empathetic advice over the phone to clearly setting out the debt management plan and allowing you to track one's repayment progress. Lifts much of the pressure on individuals and leaves them recognising that they are not alone. Stepchange relieved a massive amount of stress from my life. I had about 5 credit cards and 3 loans. Paying off all different amounts at different times of the month. With absolutely no sight of paying any of them off. I was to continue the way i was, i would be paying the credit cards off for the rest of my life. With stepchange, im to be debt free in 3 years.
