A life line

Right from the first phone call when I was distressed and scared, the staff were supportive and helpful. It’s not too much to call it a life line. Help when needed

When my debt situation got the stage that I felt like there was no way out of it i spoke to Barclay's about it and the lady i had a long talk with her and she suggested that i contacted step change and it has been proved to be one of the best pieces of advice that I have ever had and I am now feeling a lot better about my situation .thanks to all at step change for the support you have given me. Reassuring and supportive

I contacted the charity when I hit rock bottom. I'd struggled to stay on top of my finances for a long time getting deeper and deeper into debt. Every person I have had contact with has been amazing. One lady stayed after the end of her shift to make sure my budget was complete when I'd had issues online. If anybody confided in me that they struggle with debt.
