When I split up with my ex I was left in huge amount of unmanageable financial difficulty. If it was not for step change support I seriously do not think I would be here today... I was extremely low and saw no way out of my the debt but after getting touch with these they made me realise there were things we could do to make things more manageable. The amount of tears and worry I have spent on the phone to these people was always put at ease. I’m now on my way to being debt free in a manageable and positive way...but I can never repay this company for the help they have given me and they brought me back from a very dark place and I couldn’t of done it without them. After a problem with my partners benefits, my mental health spiralled out of control, after years of struggling to juggle everything following my partners stroke I could no longer cope or see a way out.
