Excellence in all ways

Stepchange has helped me immensely. While working for long time in a steady job I took out a loan for a new car in order to travel for work. Unfortunately my workplace closed. I found temporary work through an agency but then fell ill followed by a hip replacement. My interest was horrendous. I could not work so turned to Stepchange for help and they have been excellent. Wonderfully responsive and so easy and friendly to communicate with. The staff are brilliant. I will now be debt free thanks to their help in the next few months and would 100% recommend them to anyone who is worried with a debt problem. They certainly took all the stress away for me. Lifeline

It’s over 10 years since Step Change (former CCCS) has been a part of my life and it has helped me enormously to cope with the heavy debts I owed towards my creditors. The team have been very supportive and understanding of my financial commitments towards the needs of my family and the need to pay off my debts in a safe and responsible way.
