Fantastic

I was on a spiral of dispair and fear one phone call to step change and a very nice man helped me sort out all my finances and put a plan together wich I could manage but they did all the leg work I'm no W paying off my debt at a much more manageable rate my life is now on the up hopefully in a few years time I'll be debt free thanks again stepchange Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

They changed my life

As a single mum at the age of 19 who works full time, I found my self chasing my wage in order to pay last months debts. That’s when I knew I had to do something about it and change my life for the better. I was sick of constantly worrying about post coming through the door, or phone calls telling me I had missed a payment. I spoke to StepChange in December last year, wow. I was in tears on the phone as I didn’t expect so much support, they guided me and went into intricate detail about the process and how they will help me pay off my debt. Well I’m not 8 months into my payments (with 4 months left) and my life has changed so much for the better. I now manage my money better, I can make all of my payments and most of all I’m happy. I’m no longer stressed or worried about finances (which is a huge huge issue, for many people) and StepChange have played the hugest part in that. I would recommend anyone who feels like they’re struggling to get in touch, as there is zero judgement and 100% care and helpfulness.
