I never thought to use step change, I had buried my head in the sand and didn’t know what to do. It wasn’t until I plucked up the courage to speak to them. I finally felt less stressed and supported. Weight off our shoulders

We were struggling with debt for many years, consolidating our debt when it got to much for us to pay. However, this caused the total debt to continue to rise very steeply. We had heard of companies who help with debts for a charge.we then came across Step Change, who helped us come up with a payment plan. At last we could pay our debts and live our lives. Stress relief

The people at stepchange are outstanding, I had been struggling for a while keeping finances in check when I was laid off work with a damaged back but one call to them had me feeling less stressed with it all and had a long term plan set in motion giving me more time to concentrate on getting myself back to work safely when ready Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

I had been advised by friends years ago to go to step change but being a very proud person I carried on struggling to pay all my debts every month. I had sleepless nights worrying about my finances until in the end I realised I couldn't carry on like this anymore. One phone call to step change and my whole life changed.
