Stepchange helped me when my debt situation got out of control and I felt I had no way out. I have been able to pay off my debts and I feel a weight has been lifted off me. Stepchange do fantastic work and should be recognised for this. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021

My experience has been 100 % positive with Step Change Debt Charity.. The are kind ,empathetic and so helpful as soon as I connected with one of their advisors I was fully relieved and reassured . Put finances in order

I felt I had nowhere to go with the state of our debt. I was recommended this company and the minute I rang I felt so at ease. Wasn’t judged but helped me sort ourselves out. I knew we had taken out the loans etc and felt the banks was so happy to lend the money without checking if we could afford so felt them also responsible but knew we wanted to pay this money back and Step change helped us to do that. When money is an issue it really affects your mental health in a negative way because it is constantly with you. Speaking to Step Change helped me to get my finances back on track and focus on the the things that really matter in life again. They have been empathetic, supportive and know their stuff. There are many organisations out there looking to make a profit from people who are struggling but as an impartial organisation Step Change has my complete confidence.
