This service has been a life-saver to me ,before step-change I wwas paying a compamy to manage my debt and they took more in their administration fees per month than they paid to my creditors .Step-change take no fees and tske all the stress and worry out of dealing with creditors .Fantastic Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

A HUGE weight was lifted from me!

My debt problem was giving me huge anxiety and lots of panic attacks. I felt embarrassed and ashamed that I had got myself into this situation. Taking that first step to speak to someone was the hardest thing I had to do because I did not know what people would think of me. StepChange, listened, advised but did not judge. They gave me the solution that was right for me. They put me at ease and helped lift that awful weight from my shoulders. I was able to sleep again. They were incredible! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
