Brilliant, friendly and helpful. Life changing

Absolutely fantastic. I have mental health issues and cant communicate well on the phone regularly, but stepchange advisors were happy to help me via email. When I was able to talk to the advisor in the phone, they were friendly, non-judgemental and very helpful. My dmp was set up quickly and easily and i can now manage my debts with affordable payments. Saved our lives

We didn’t know what to do, our debts were running away from us! when my husbands health meant, he had to retire early, and due to me working full time we were not eligible for any benefits. That meant we struggled! If it wasn’t for the kindness and respect I was shown when I phoned them… well I really do not know if we would still be here.
