An Amazing, Life-changing Service

At a time of my life when I have been undergoing unbelievable stresses and upheaval, Step Change have been quite literally life changing. The are totally professional and their communications have been outstanding. The fact that you can choose to deal with the by phone or entirely online makes things much easier for those people who are struggling with anxiety or are feeling ashamed. I still have many mental health issues to deal with, but my debts are no longer one of them thanks to Step Change. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

Brilliant service and stress relief

Absolutely brilliant service from them helping me out while I was at rock bottom and not being able to sleep and worrying all the time. They are so friendly,supportive and reassuring. Friendly and reassuring

Over 20k in debt, struggling and in state of panic to pay on time and sinking further into a hole with no sign of light, spoke to step change who were absolutely brilliant, friendly and reassuring through each step, made everything clear. Now I can see a light at the end of the tunnel, still paying all my creditors and my mental health and wellbeing is far greater than what it was, I'm so glad I spoke to step change and got everything back on track. Step up

Debtconsolidation has always evaded me until Step change. With it, I have done things that wouldn't be possible. That's freed up some time. And some energy in which I can think can do something else now. And to lose it. Would affect me more ways than one and probably a lot of other people that use it as well. IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE WHO YA GONNA CALL? STEP CHANGE

Simply the best

My wife and I We're finding things so very hard financially, we were paying everything we could afford but our money in wasn't covering all our bills so we ended up robbing Peter to pay Paul as they say we were in dire straights! When looking for help I come across the Step Change debt charity read all the reviews about them and reached out for help from them. I did all the things that were required, the were so helpful,it was such a relief to have them on my side that gradually all our stresses started go we thank God and Step Change for sorting all our money problems out we been on D.M.P. for over a year now! Faultless service!

I can’t begin to explain to anyone that’s never experienced debt worry how much time and sleepless nights are spent not knowing which way to turn and feeling as though you’re literally drowning in a sea of debt. That’s where Step change offer a beacon of light that gets brighter and brighter throughout the process. The hardest part was to actually ask for help but without judgement and nothing but empathy and understanding Step change guide you through solutions until you reach a plan that is manageable for your circumstances and give you the tools to stick to your debt free goals. I can’t honestly thank them enough for giving me my life back and freeing up much needed head space to stop worrying and proactively fix the problem.
