Retaking control

You've come to the end of your tether, swamped by red letters and final notices. So phone StepChange - one of the best half hours of your life. They sort out what you spend on what, what you owe, what you can afford to pay back after allowances are made for the amount you need to live on. Then they sort out the repayments (through them) and companies listen to them whereas they wouldn't listen to you, because they have standing. And the best bit (apart from the relief of finally doing something positive about things) is that they're a charity and won't charge you a penny. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2017

Life Changing Experience

StepChange were absolutely fantastic at sorting out my credit card and Loan debts. I am now on a monthly repayment plan with all my creditors making the whole financial situation manageable. This removed all the major stress levels and allowed us to move on with our lives and not having to worry about what may be coming through the door. As long as you stick with your plan and review your financial situation once a year with StepChange your life will become a great deal easier.
