I have only had positive experiences with step change. The staff are very friendly and non judgemental. They make sure the options are the right ones and that you can afford the repayments etc. Using step change has taken a huge weight off my shoulders. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

step change is an excellent service , it has really changed my life. Before I was constantly worrying about my debt and was spiraling into a deep depression.
