Friendly, patient, and helpful.

Step change put everything into perspective when I contacted them about my financial difficulties. Their friendly, patient, and helpful volunteers have always been there when I needed them, with words of advice and guidance. I think all of their team should be awarded massive gold medals. I was very apprehensive about going into a debt management plan and very unsure of what to expect. From the first phone call I was put at ease and offered all the relevant support.
