Step Chsnge has made such a diffence to my life it has in regards to my finances putting my mind at rest

From the very beginning getting in touch with step change I was embarrassed about my debts not knowing where to turn. I was not judged in any way and felt very at ease talking to he lady over the phone who was very sympathtic to my situation and gave me all the help I needed a very big thank you Step Change . Excellent service to get you on the straight and narrow

Next month we will be debt free from all the problems consolidating, loans, compounded interest, that our younger lives caused us (kids, maternity etc) we've serviced 50k and next month every penny will have been paid back. Only step change can make this happen with a true directive to help you in your hours of need. Stop making it worse,,,,, speak to Stepchange. Peace of Mind

Since I realised I needed help with my debts, I’ve used 2/3 different companies. All of whom have no longer trade, all of whom took a large amount of my monthly repayment for ‘management fee’. As StepChange are a charity, all of my money goes to my debts. This is an enormous help. I’ve always had friendly staff on the phone and great advice and I no longer feel the additional stress of having someone dealing with my debts that I don’t trust. Literally Life changing!

Debt had taken over my life. Couldn't eat or sleep with worry. Step Change talked me through my finances, sorted out a repayment plan, and took over my debts. I felt like a great weight had been lifted from me. And was able to live my life again without the worry. Reviewed on: 15th July 2020
