I Can Always Ask Stepchange For Advice

Helpful and non judging

Positive life changing decision

We were at a point where trying to manage finances and the interest from debts, had become so overwhelming and impossible to stay on top of. Getting in contact with StepChange was the best decision we ever made, as it gave us our lives back, and put us back in control of being able to manage our finances again. Life savers

Covid-19 had resulted in my income falling by 63k per annum, I was extremely distressed and was in a position where repayment for many agreements was impossible. Stepchange handled the situation with complete professionalism and made it easy to understand my options and maintain my commitments with a temporarily adjusted agreement. Stepchange saved my life. Excellent customer service.

Staff are always very helpful & knowledgeable they go out of their way to make sure the customer is calm & understands how their system works. I know I was very stressed & anxious when I called them for help. The staff member calmed me down & chatted to me like a friend would. When we were finished I understood what help Step Change could give me . They have done exactly what they said they would do & by the end of August 2020 I will be debt free, just two more payments.
