My life saver !!!

Since Step change helped my debt solution , My life changed for good . They have an excellent customer service !!! Always help would be given when I received my creditors letters etc. Always the adviser say don’t worry about it ! That’s make me feel so happy and calm me down . I was so lost and spiralling into a lot of debt that i couldn’t afford to pay, I was months behind and couldn’t even afford just the interest on my credit cards that’s when they recommended step change! Excellent service with experienced people that put your mind at ease

I have dealt with step change for over 3yrs now and do not have one negative thing to say about them. The service they offer is professional and made as easy at possibly can be. I was nervous when I first approached them but that instantly went away on my initial contact with them. I would 100% recommend step change to anybody who has financial worries. Didn't know who to turn to

I managed to get my self in trouble, paying more on fees and overdrafts and didn't know who to talk to, Halifax advised me to talk to them, which was hard to admit you need help, once I talked to stepchange they put in place a dmp, all the chasing stopped and all creditors being paid, I must also add not to worry about debts being transferred to debt collection agencies as everyone I have been in contact have been excellent in regards the dmp,you have to accept you owe the money and this keeps everyone happy, is it hard, yes there is no treats but halfway through my debts, the sleepless nights waking up in sweets have stopped not knowing where I was going to find the next £ to pay just the interest, I can see the number going down, I can genuinely say this has saved my life, here's to the next 30 payments and then I will be debt free Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

Before knew about StepChange I was consumed by stress and was having sleepless nights. I lost my job and couldn't pay my career development loan, overdraft and credit cards. Helped when help was required

I turned to Stepchange when I was desperate and in tears. I dread to imagine how difficult debt management would have been without them. It was all so easy, and all for free! Have a few years left yet on my plan but I trust that I can turn to them if I have any problems. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
