Relaxing and supportive.

I’ve had a serious problem speaking to my creditors regarding my payments. I spoke to Step Change and my thoughts were seriously eased immediately. I have found Step Change to be very professional and easy to talk too about my finances. I’ve been paying these for the past 10 years and each time I’ve had an annual review they are extremely obliging and supportive in anything I’ve asked them. I pray I will win the lottery to pay all my debts off and I would treat Step Change to something nice if I was fortunate. Bear in mind this is what got me in the position in the first place.
