Amazing Company with lovely people that changed my life for the better

Due to unfortunate circumstances I could only pay minimum amounts on the credit cards and store cards that I had and the balance on each card was not reducing . I could not see a way out of my situation and the worry and stress was making me so ill. Then a friend who I had confided in told me to contact Stepchange. I did and it changed my life. They were so understanding and did not judge me and worked out my affordable payments so I had enough left to live on. I can’t thank them enough. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

So helpful

Hard times

stepchange really saved me My husband left me it was so difficult emotionally but even worse when I had to face debt problems, I couldn't manage i felt desperate didn't know what to do, i found by chance stepchange online, the person I spoke to was very very supportive think she felt sorry for me, I just broke down in tears, I didn't realise there waS someone out there to help, I was overwhemed, and never looked back since and now am coming to the end of my debt management, thankyou Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

Straight talking and friendly.

Changed my life

Thanks to the fantastic staff @ StepChange my life has become a worry free zone. Another company I had used where only paying half the amount of my monthly payments to my creditors . I’m pleased to say the whole amount is now being paid . Easy to set up and manage . I have had absolutely no issues at all with any creditors .
