Life savers

About 15 years ago I was a single mum on the edge. Getting in touch with step change saved my life. It was easy to set up and it was so nice to talk to someone that understands and did not judge you. With their help I have paid back over £20,000 back with no worries and threats from my creditors. Yes it is a long time and I have struggled sometimes but I feel so proud of myself. I have paid back all most all the money from my creditors Now and this is all because I made that call. I will always be great full to the team for listening To me crying and supporting me through the most darkest time of my life. Their help was invaluable to me

Thier help was invaluable to me. I had been made reduntant my husband had just died i was 68 . Step Change was very emphatic to me i was so upset they were firm but very kind to me and helped me sort out a debt plan that everybody could accept. They spoke to all the different companies i owed money to and got them to accept. They gave me a reasonable amount to live on which they passed on to my creditors Step Change did all this for me which was excellent as i did not have a clue. You will never meet or even match another company who work so excellent and who are firm but very kind and understanfing. They absolutely made me feel i can manage this without me feeling so embarrassed. They are truly a caring company Step Change have to work for both sides i.e creditors and debitors i cannot express how brillant they are to everyone and i have no trouble at all within thr 2.5 years i have been with them. I shall be paying debts Back until i am 79 whuch seems such a long long time but i am so happy to say Steo Change are there for me every step.of the way. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
