Stepchange has helped us turn our lives around

Before my family sought help, we were struggling to keep our finances in check. We were owing to a number of creditors and couldn't see a way to pay them each month. From the start, the staff at stepchange have been exceptional and so understanding. Especially during the recent covid period. Positively brilliant

Professional service, very friendly and empathetic staff, owning up about debt is very hard and embarrassing but dealing with Stepchange has been a positive experience in a very bleak situation. I can now breathe and sleep easier at night knowing my situation is under control and I can see a future where I can be debt free without losing my home, at no point have I been made to feel unimportant or foolish.
