Friendly advice & support!

Last year I found myself in a very scary & worrying place, both financially & mentally, but can honestly say that with the great service received from StepChange, I am in a much better place now a year later! Excellent and clear advice, rescuing us from a tailspin of anxiety and confusion

After capricious, callous and ill-investigated advice from my bank of 30 years I was in a tailspin of anxiety and confusion. To be treated with respect by an Step Change adviser, who made everything clear and helped me explore options, was transformative, restoring self-respect and equilibrium. Every agency I had been dealing with respected Step Change procedures and all transactions became manageable, even when unexpected hitches arose. I just wish they were able to bring their clear thinking and entirely understandable advice to non-debt finance for those of us of small means but still needing to make financial decisions. Helped me hope again!

I was referred to Stepchange by a friend and was quite anxious about calling. However, everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful and I was amazed at how quickly I could be debt free by have a proper DMP, without calling I would have never paid my debts off. Light in the deepest darkness

When we first contacted Step Change, we had reached the end of everything. Our income was entirely paying off debts so that we could then use the same credit cards (and go over limits) just to try and survive. After just one phone call I cried with pure relief - relief that there was a way out, relief that someone had been able to listen, relief that there really was hope. Step Change have rescued us.
