easy to talk to, very understanding

i was so worried about debt i didn’t know where to turn, i heard about step change but was petrified to call them, once i had plucked up the courage i soon realised there was no need to worry about calling, they were very sympathetic to my situation , non judgemental, but most of all kept reassuring me that they will find a solution to my problem and end my sleepless nights and worry, they kept their promise and now i’m on my way to being debt free.. 100% brilliant company .
