Absolutely lifted the weight from my shoulders

I was knee deep in debt... I thought I could handle the monthly payments but my outgoings were piling up. In tears I went to Stepchange and within a phone call they completely lifted the heavy weight I was experiencing. I was feeling like such a failure but Stepchange never judged me. Only helped and reassured me things will improve with time. They’re truly there to help you. They set up a monthly plan for me and made sure I could afford to eat, rent, petrol for work etc...and they contacted my debtors. In just over a years time I’ll be debt free thanks to Stepchange. I 100% recommend you make the same call I made to them 5 years ago. I was really struggling hard, in tears all the time but Stepchange helped greatly. I still took responsibility for my debts and paying back every penny but with Stepchange it’s done stress free. So you can live every day without anxious worrying.
