Following a very difficult period financially and personally for both myself and my wife, StepChange have been supportive, professional and non-judgemental throughout the entire process. From the first conversation, they took the time to properly understand our circumstances, explain the available options clearly and allow us the space to make informed decisions without pressure. What initially felt completely overwhelming became far more manageable once we had their guidance and support. I would particularly recommend StepChange to anyone feeling anxious or embarrassed about debt problems, as they treat people with dignity, realism and understanding whilst helping put sustainable plans in place. Stepchange changed my life!

Stepchange changed my life! I was sinking in debt and they came to the rescue. I'm on my third year now and it has completely changed my attitude to spending.
