Helpful and very professional.

Helpful and very professional. the initial response can be informative on what you need to hand, ie, income outgoings and debts. Such a relief!

My experience with Step Change

Unfortunately to me, it's my second time with StepChange and I can truly say that the process, advise/guidance and overall experience is great and effortless. Financial difficulties isn't easy to deal with and at times can feel very overwhelming, the staff at StepChange helps to put your mind and situation at ease with finding the right solution and ways to manage and get back on top of things.
