Such a weight off my mind

I approached stepchange when I really realised my debts were out of control. My first initial chat with regards to my options was so friendly and reassuring. All my options were discussed. Life saver

Omg I was in so much trouble with loans, bank cards and didn’t know where to turn, and just by chance my sister mentioned she had got in touch with this det manage team so I rang and they were fantastic, helpful and talked me thro it all and the rest is history I have been on this plan a lot of years and nearly paid it off now and if ever I was worried about anything they helped me thankyou for that means a lot x Reviewed on: 8th July 2020

Life-savers

I was in a bad place when I was struggling with debt. It seemed almost impossible to deal with and that there was no way through. I was chased by people who I owed money to and the phone constantly rang. I called Step Change and after talking for an hour to a lovely person, I hung up the phone and cried with relief. They've helped me make massive changes. Each time I've rang up they've been super helpful and I don't think I'd be where I am today, without their help. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020

Brilliant so helpful and understanding.

I was at the end of my tether with persistent debt until I eventually contacted Stepchange and they even managed to get me a payment holiday due to the impact of Covid19. They take all the stress away
