Took away the pressure!

Without Step Change I don't know where I would be right now. Thank you Step Change for taking away the worry, helping me to work out my budget and know exactly where I am. I was scared to deal with my debts. I was ashamed of the mess I had gotten myself into. I was able to get support at every stage to set up a Debt Management Plan and they used their trustworthy reputation to convince my creditors this was the way to go. Stepchange has always given me complete support to my financial hardship

I had an operation and was off work for a few months. I owed a large amount of money to credit cards and could not afford the monthly payment because I was only on SSP. I was recommended by a friend to seek help from Stepchange. After doing so I felt very relieved, as all the pressure, worry and anxiety had been taken away.
