Lifesavers

I had debt issues and I couldn't see any way out. I contacted Step Change about bankruptcy. They talked me through my problems and agreed a debt management plan. As I said in my review title lifesavers. The staff where courteous, polite, helpful and spoke to in a proper manner. I would definitely recommend Step Change to anyone in a similar situation. A dream solution to a living nightmare!

Following an atrocious run of bad luck, not without my share of head in the clouds mismanagment, I accumulated a huge debt which I could no longer finance. I turned to Step Change for advice and assistance and within an unbelievably short time an affordable plan was set up and has started to run, with first payment sent to my creditors, all credit card companies. This has given me the time and resource to get my finances and ultimately my life, back on an even keel. Very helpful and friendly

13 years ago I found myself in an unfortunate situation of redundancy 18 months ago having a baby. I was having sleepless nights and didn't know which way to turn. I'd heard about your organisation through the company I worked with at the time and finally plucked up the courage to make that dreadful phone call. I was embarrassed to be in that situation although it was through my fault of mine. The advisor asked some questions and send me a form to complete. She reassured me that everything will be OK and although the debts was huge to me, it was nothing in comparison to other debtors.
