Clear/ Correct information

I contacted Stepchange as I felt I was left with no other option too many things to juggle and no clear way out of it, they were thorough and really understanding, they explained clearly what was going to happen. I had to contact them a few months later when my bank removed my overdraft and left me with nothing again they got this matter resolved and told me what I needed to say to the bank. I’m a single parent who works full time and they’ve really helped me with dealing with the bank when they’ve been far from helpful. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
