Simply Amazing

Im a grown man who has worked in fast paced tough environments but I burst into tears after speaking to one of the agents from step change. I had got to the point when I no longer thought I deserved help or for someone to speak to me like a human. They were kind, supportive and explained everything so well. Finances Took a Turn for The Worst - Step Change Where There To Help

My finances took a turn for the worst after experiencing a bout of depression, the debts kept mounting, I kept sweeping the problem under the carpet as I struggled to make payments and general living costs. In my desperation I contacted Step Change to seek advice and it was a huge relief, The staff at Step Change helped me set up a payment plan that was far more manageable and did so with a level of exemplary customer care and human empathy. This wonderful charity is a none-profit organisation and the amazing staff treated me with the utmost respect and understanding. Now I feel there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Perfect service for many years

I have been with stepchange since it was the cccs and have never had a problem, the service is great and it's quick and easy to update debts and annual review by doing this online, they do not charge and fees and are there for you not your creditors, I am no longer in the debt management plan but I do recommmend these to anyone struggling with debts Reviewed on: 15th May 2017
