Every member of the team i have spoken to have been kind and understanding and patient. I originally started trying to sort out my debts with another charity who took months, I’m so pleased Step Change had the online budget calculator for me to fill in in my own time and then when i phoned up they had the information ready to set up my DMP there and then on the phone, simple!! Taken all on my creditors , working all my finances out with step change, has given me the chance to start again with my financial life..
