Amazing!

When it felt like there was nowhere to turn and debts spiralling out of control, I discovered Stepchange, They made me feel at ease straight away and have helped me structure my debts, liaising with my creditors so I can see an end to my issues. All the staff I’ve dealt with are so understanding, empathetic and have lifted a huge strain on my mental health. 3 years headache free

Loosing my PIP. was the last straw for me. I had managed my debt up til then and it was such a relief to have a calm voice at the other end of the phone, that I had someone standing with me. Suddenly there was a buffer zone and the continual flow of letters could be put aside. Three years further on my PIP has been reinstated and I’m still getting good advice with no pressure.
