Reassuring and straightforward advice

Since contacting Step Change they have helped me face up to chronic illness and financial issues as a result of leaving work and trying to cope alone by spending all my reserves. They helped me make contact with citizens advice and then access benefits until I was ready to return to work and then they helped set up a DMP and review each year. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

Amazing Customer Service

Step Change has literally changed my life for the better & has helped me take control of my finances. I no longer feel depressed about my financial situation & because of their help, acting on my behalf to my creditors, I can finally sleep at night knowing that they are always there to offer support when needed. They have literally been a breath of fresh air over the past few years & I am now able to pay off my debt accordingly & still live comfortably. My financial saviour!

I really didn’t know how I was going to resolve my debt situation as I was paying ridiculously high minimum payments and had basically spent myself to a standstill. StepChange were recommended to me and the only thing I regret is not getting in touch with them sooner. 5 star, help me thrust bad times

I fell into a very big hole, the company I worked for hadn’t paid me for two alternative months , I got behind in my payments and couldn’t dig myself out of the hole.
