The shame and anxiety of being in such bad debt, with no light at the end of the tunnel was changed in an instant after one phone call to Step Change. They are a wonderful support when you feel you can’t get any lower they help you get your life back on track. Always there to try and help and understand when life sometimes doesn’t go to plan but also fair to your creditors so they get a payment even if it takes longer than they expected it has taken us 15 years to be nearly debt free but it’s almost done and it feels so good Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
