I had debts mounting up and there was no way I could afford to pay them all back I had bailiffs knocking on my door. Having had support from Step change for a number of years they have given me peace of mind with my debts helped put my mind at rest and helped stop all those horrible red letters coming through the post. Very very helpful and eased all my worry about debts

They have been so helpful and helped me arrange easier payments for me to pay my outstanding debts which arrived after my husband died. Also I did have a small hiccup when my household bills were increased but they Sorted it all out. Step Change gave me my life back

We were at the point where our debts were all I could think about, and I couldn't see a way out, when I called StepChange. They helped us to work out a budget and suggested a debt management plan. Our debts will be paid off in just over 5 years, and I can now sleep again! Would happily recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
