StepChange your life

I was drowning in debt, just about managing to make the minimum payments but the interest meant that I wasn’t scratching the surface of the balance. Finally out of desperation I contacted StepChange, within an hour I felt like a huge wait was lifted from my shoulders. They contacted my creditors, the interest stopped and my debt began to reduce. Just over 2 years in and I have about 5 months left before the balance is clear and I’m debt free. With StepChanges support and guidance I now feel in control of my finances and ready for a debt free life. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

Peace of mind!

Step Change have been an absolute saviour for me! I was in a horrific amount of debt and very embarrassed about it. At no point have they made me feel bad about myself, they are extremely supportive and helpful. I am slowly but surely (and realistically) paying off my debt. Step Change have been amazing

I had been with a debt management company & paying a management fee & PPI, when I became very ill I found that the PPI did not cover my particular illness & everything spiralled out of control for me.. I thought I would never find a way out but then I came across an advert for Step Change approaches them & they took on all the worries.. the relief I felt was immense & had helped my health recover too.. they are amazing with a non-judgemental caring approach to taking the stresses out of debt management with NO management fee!! Experts at what they do. So helpful understanding and caring. They completely owned my issues, stopped my worry and desperation. I am so grateful for stepchange. Helped me when I was at my lowest.

I have been on stepchange for a few years. I got in so much debt and thought I wouldn't get help, suffered depression from my debt and step change helped me with my debt recovery.
