This company has helped our household manage our debts at an extremely difficult time. Can't stress enough how much it has helped my father at a time when debt collectors were at our doors! Let them talk to the debtors not you ! Reviewed on: 3rd May 2017

You've come to the end of your tether, swamped by red letters and final notices. So phone StepChange - one of the best half hours of your life. They sort out what you spend on what, what you owe, what you can afford to pay back after allowances are made for the amount you need to live on. Then they sort out the repayments (through them) and companies listen to them whereas they wouldn't listen to you, because they have standing. And the best bit (apart from the relief of finally doing something positive about things) is that they're a charity and won't charge you a penny. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2017

This company totally changed my life around!..So helpful, fill in the forms if you are having trouble, one to one customer care, there 24/7, can keep tabs on your payments..Without Step change i can honestly say i would be in hospital etc., with a nervous breakdown! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2017
