Above all, totally understanding & reassuring

I waited some time before I called these guys, I was desperate but embarrassed. They were so lovely, understanding, helpful & they gave me so many options to think about. Life saving

I thought that I was all alone with a debt that was creeping up and not down, someone told me about Stepchange and I thought I had nothing to lose! They were amazing, they didn't judge me, they told me of my options and I decided on a Debt Management Plan and now I only have just over 2yrs to go and my debt will be cleared.
