I've been with Stepchange for 3 years. They have helped me when I most needed it I was at my lowest with £27k debt I now owe £14k. Stepchange are understanding, never Judgemental. There to guide support and an anchor when you need a way forward. They are a best friend to me without them i don't think I could of carried on with life. A big help when needed

Was at a low point in life with debts and creditors chasing me.... didn't know where to turn. A quick search, a short form to fill and a quick call and everything changed. Step Change were a great help and my dreaded debts that were bringing me down are slowly disappearing... no more calls or letters demanding money. Absolutely terrific service. Im a grown man who has worked in fast paced tough environments but I burst into tears after speaking to one of the agents from step change. I had got to the point when I no longer thought I deserved help or for someone to speak to me like a human. They were kind, supportive and explained everything so well.
