Customer service

Step change have been an incredible blessing to me.! The other thing I noticed is thier customer service is the highest level of excellence whenever I phone them. I have been a security officer for the last 30 years, and customer service is what I am well known for so believe me when I tell that I know what I am talking about and would not say so about stepchange if it was not true! From being near suicidal with worry about my dire financial situation to now being so much calmer and relaxed. The people with whom you deal at Stepchange are absolutely wonderful.
