Dare to hope,!

I have been very ill with cancer. During my treatments I took my eye off the ball as the saying goes. Was too ill to deal with post and many many calls from people demanding money. I was becoming paranoid about the phone,the postman. Well debts don’t go away I didn’t know where or who to turn to, my life was such a mess, I was even contemplating ending it all. A friend came here and said why don’t we ring Stepchange the debt charity. I had nothing to lose but from that very first call, they made me feel like we can sort this out together and took me through every single step. Every person I spoke with was efficient,nothing was too much trouble, kind and compassionate. Made me feel like perhaps I could live a life. Am not the only person this happens to. Quite a bit of paperwork which I found daunting but even if I was stuck on silly questions I always got a real person to speak with. I can’t praise them high enough Reviewed on: 27th August 2024

Help, support and peace of mind.

I got into a bad situation with my money after I broke my ankle and could only get sick pay for a period of time. Spiralling costs and mental health issues meant I did not make sensible choices to get out of debt. This was some years ago now. Through more ups and downs Dtrp Change have helped me get back in control and I am only 10 months off being debt free. They are an amazing team of people who genuinely care about their customers. Great Customer Services

May the almighty lord blessed the whole of Step Change management for their valuable advices and supports I received in 2018, They managed to get an agreements with nearly 13 creditors with some huge amount of debts , I would strongly recommend Step Change to anybody who is facing debt problems. I have had 2 DMP’s set up with StepChange in the last 4yrs. It is super easy to set up, the staff are always listening on any conversations and follow up any queries to the best of their ability. What a relief
