customer service is an absolute nightmare

It’s good, however their customer service is an absolute joke. You need to stay on the phone for hours just to get through to speak with someone. I was yelled at by their employees because they couldn’t understand my problem. Tried contacting them through emails, and apparently they aren’t trained to provide advice through writing. Amazing support and no judgement

What was a very stressful time, the support was incredible. I didn’t feel like I was being judged, or that I had done something wrong, I felt understood and suppprted.
