Kind, Empathetic, Thorough, but most of all, Non-Judgemental

I think, my review title just about sums it up..... The lady I spoke with, Sally, was lovely and made me feel at ease. I had put off asking for help because I had been so embarrassed that I had put myself in this position. Amazing Support

Debt is a scary thing, especially when you let it pile up. I contacted StepChange 2 years ago and they supported me through the process of managing and paying back my debt in a manageable way. I literally could feel the weight of this stress being lifted off my shoulders. Absolutley fantastic

To say these are a charity based organisation I would like to say what an amazing job you are doing. I got myself into debt with credit cards and bank loans, I was so scared as I didn't no what to do. I contacted my bank and they actually recommended step change, best thing I ever did, yes it's going to take a long time to pay my debts off but I know they are now under control.
