No hassle no judgment help

Straightforward, non-judgemental practical help

I was struggling with repayments on credit cards. Step Change dealt with my creditors and helped me to work out a budget which allowed me to pay off my debts whilst still having enough to live on. It took a few years but it was a wonderful feeling when I was finally debt-free, thanks to Step Change. Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Amazing

They do the right thing

People worry because they're funded by the banks etc but they only ever act with customers' best interests at heart. My daughter was ill and accrued a lot of debt, they recommended bankruptcy and got her through the process. Can't fault them and they didn't make a penny out of her - they do what's right.
