It is so nice to find a company who understand that it's not about people spending money they haven't got and that sometimes we can all fall on hard times. I find step change very help and re assuring in making the right decision dealing with my debit.

since joining step change I find dealing with my finances much easier and looking forward in repaying all of my debit, the problem I had recently was covid-19, been unable to work and getting 80% of my salary I was unable to meet my payments which is very depressing. I would be returning to full time work on the 1st November which I would be able to return to my full payment. I feel I didn't get the full support I need because of the covid-19 and this maybe partly myfault dealing with Whole suitiuation . I hope going forward from here things would get much better. Help when needed

Don't know what I would have done without these people, I was not sleeping due to debts my husband had run up, other firms wanted a percentage of the fee paid every month but Step Change take nothing, solid with advice & options, cannot praise them enough.
