Step Change have helped me to change my life around! Their customer service team are excellent and so easy to speak to, as speaking about your personal finances can be very daunting! Helped me at my lowest point

I had to leave my job of 30 years, to care for my daughter and her baby, after my daughter had a stroke. I then had to go onto UC!!!. which was an experience in itself. I was in despair over my financial situation and Stepchange supported me through this. All staff I have spoken to were amazing and must have been chosen for their amazing people skills., they were always calm and listened whilst I cried, I never felt hurried and they made me feel that there was light at the end of the tunnel . Just the greatest

Always worried and stressed with no sleep chucked into the mix! Step change helped to put this all into perspective while still able to bring the debt down.
